Jenni obtained an Honours degree in marketing from RAU (University of Johannesburg), after completing a B.Com in Communications and spending a six month working holiday in the U.S.A. Since then, Jenni has been involved in various fields in the sports industry, including marketing and sales.

Professional training, coupled with years in the sports industry, and solid relationships that have been built over time, have allowed Jenni to become a partner in an Event Management business, called Tanjent Events. Tanjent is involved in the management and organisation of various sporting events, and assists with the logistics of the parade day for Joburg Pride.
